IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read this Legal Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure carefully before reviewing any materials or information presented on this website. The information contained herein is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, sale, or solicitation of securities in any jurisdiction.

No Securities Offering:
No regulatory authority in Canada, the United States, or any other jurisdiction has passed upon the accuracy or adequacy of the information on this website. Any representation to the contrary is an offense. Investing in precious metal exploration and mining projects involves an extremely high degree of risk.

1. Forward-Looking Statements

This website and the materials accessible through it contain "forward-looking statements" or "forward-looking information" within the meaning of applicable securities laws. These statements reflect the current expectations and beliefs of management regarding the future performance, resources, timelines, and operational goals of RGC Exploration.

Forward-looking statements include, but are not limited to:

  • Estimates of potential precious metal mineralization and geological grades (such as our conceptual 0.5–2.5 g/m³ estimated target grade).
  • Timelines, operational budgets, and exploration roadmaps (including Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 development stages).
  • Cash flow projections, operating costs, capital expenditure estimates, and ROI projections.
  • Permitting, environmental approvals, and licensing timelines in British Columbia.

These statements involve substantial known and unknown risks, uncertainties, and other factors that may cause the actual results, performance, or achievements of RGC Exploration to be materially different from any future results expressed or implied by such statements.

2. Geological & Placer Mining Risks

The business of mineral exploration and extraction is subject to extensive risks. Key risk factors that could cause actual outcomes to differ materially include:

  • Conceptual Exploration Targets: The exploration targets referenced on this site (e.g. 6,000+ troy oz. historical recovery) are strictly conceptual. Insufficient exploration has been completed to define a mineral resource under NI 43-101. It is uncertain if further exploration will result in the property being defined as a mineral resource.
  • Geological Uncertainty: Placer deposits are highly localized. Gravel grades, paleochannel continuity, and bedrock structures can vary significantly over short distances. Drilling or bulk sampling may fail to encounter economic concentrations of precious metals.
  • Operational Volatility: Placer mining is subject to weather conditions, seasonal restrictions in northern climates, equipment breakdowns, geological hazards, and the availability of skilled labor.

3. Commodity & Market Volatility

The profitability of RGC Exploration’s operations, if established, is directly related to the market price of precious metals (primarily gold). Commodity prices fluctuate widely and are affected by numerous factors beyond our control, including inflation, US dollar strength, global interest rates, geopolitical tensions, and global supply and demand dynamics. A significant drop in precious metals prices could render the project economically unviable.

4. Regulatory, Permitting, & Environmental Risks

Mining operations in British Columbia are governed by stringent environmental, health, and safety laws. Acquiring placer leases, water rights, and drilling permits involves complex reviews by provincial authorities. Delays in receiving permits, changes in environmental regulations, or reclamation liabilities could significantly delay operations or increase capital requirements.

5. Third-Party Websites and Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by RGC Exploration. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, and investors should conduct their own independent verification of any external data.
