2. Restricted Gated Documents

Certain documents on this site, including the 2026–2028 Financial Model, are highly confidential and require you to complete a request form. Access to these documents is granted at the sole discretion of RGC Exploration and may be subject to the execution of a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

You agree that any confidential materials downloaded or received through this Website will not be shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than evaluating a potential transaction with RGC Exploration.

3. Definition of an Accredited Investor

For investors residing in Canada, an "Accredited Investor" generally includes individuals who meet one of the following criteria:

• An individual who, either alone or with a spouse, beneficially owns financial assets having an aggregate realizable value that, before taxes but net of any related liabilities, exceeds $1,000,000 CAD.
• An individual whose net income before taxes exceeded $200,000 CAD in each of the two most recent calendar years (or $300,000 CAD combined with a spouse) and who reasonably expects to exceed that income level in the current calendar year.
• An individual who, either alone or with a spouse, has net assets of at least $5,000,000 CAD.

For investors in the United States, an "Accredited Investor" generally includes individuals who have a net worth exceeding $1,000,000 USD (excluding primary residence) or an annual income exceeding $200,000 USD ($300,000 USD with a spouse) in each of the two most recent years.
